Meet Ben and Sam, the faces behind Sam’s Auto World. We are a local, family-owned body shop that is eager to help you with any of your large or small collision repair or paint projects.

Sam started Sam’s Auto Body in 1987 in Northeast, Minneapolis. He soon outgrew that location and opened Sam’s Auto World in Fridley in 1990. Sam has dedicated his life to fixing and painting cars of all kinds, with a personal hobby in classic cars.

Ben is Sam’s youngest son. He’s grown up in the body shop world since he was a baby and is truly an auto expert! Ben joined Sam’s Auto World after high school and learned all the fundamentals of paint, bodywork and running the business. He then gained experience at multiple dealerships and body shops around the Twin Cities - from painting, to managing, to estimating. He is now the primary operator at Sam’s Auto World.
